Career Scope:
• Business Operations: P&L responsibility for $250 million systems integration, software and services business with 550 employees across 14 countries.
• Sales: 14 years carrying personal and organization sales quota. Sales management responsibility for multi-channel $250 million revenues.
• Marketing: Acquired capital and developed a software and services solutions program, including marketing and communications, that grew to $170 million revenues world wide.
• Start up: Created and recruited a US domestic organization for the marketing, sales, consulting and implementation of IT solutions with $30 million revenues in second year.
• Services & Change Management: Selected management team and program investments for UK SI practice; grew revenues 250% to in excess of $45m. Turnaround on European consulting practice from –5% to 10% EBIT on revenues of $45 million.
• Technology Background: Selected and led a worldwide task force to dramatically improve enterprise level computer system performance and throughput by over 25%.
