A Word About "Other" - Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

Chief Customer Officer isn't a term you hear very often. When you think about the challenges faced by organizations trying to recapture a customer-centric way of doing business, however, it makes sense, so long as it's not just window-dressing anyway.

Given that emerging companies have a lot to think about other than customer service, it makes even more sense that the CCO function be available and delivered "on demand" or on an interim basis.
