I have been consulting for the past seven years, primarily solo, and would look forward to starting or joining a team. Given the current economy, I feel it may be a more effective way to a quick turnaround. Is anyone interested in this as well? Are there different ways of marketing yourself as a team than as an individual?

I do this 'teaming' today. Have for a few years.
We have three 'partners'. We work under one banner LLC, but have our own projects. We are able then to use each others expertise and 'reference sites', although the client only sees one of us. Sometimes, the 'lead' person will bring one of us on. Example: I was Interim CEO of a digital media company, and brought a partner on as COO. Hope that helps.
